1. Decide your format:
| windows media | Best quality. Requires broadband or cable (or a long wait!), and Windows Media player on your computer. It takes quite a long time to start - however, once it has started, the file is stored in your temp files, and so it can be repeated immediately until you delete your temporary files. |
| real player adsl | Good for cable or ADSL internet connections. You need Real Player installed on your system (click here for free copy - look for the Free Real Player link on the page), and you get a good compromise between quality and the time it takes to start. |
